ok, whats this new entry in the chat window when I alt+L???
what's it mean, what is the ideal number??? Seem's I get low lat and hi
quality. Like .167 and .987 , is this good??? I dunno.
quality is 'quality'
for example i was hosting and my readout was 0.000 1.000 so i presume that's
maximum?

I've heard quality is packetsreceived/packetsexpected, so 0.95 or
so or higher is preferred.

I saw 1.2 and 1.4 quality last night....on a 'good' 56K connection, so it
does go over 1.0. But what does it mean?
Maybe the host was using 84/2 settings and you were using 84/3 settings. Quality
seems to be the received/expected ratio.

what the game was expecting to receive. 1.000 means you are receiving
100%. If you see numbers significantly over 1.000, then you're
probably using different send_every settings than the server.

Does this mean that the server will send more packets than the client
specifies in the core.ini? Wouldn't it make more sense for the server
to be able "synch" all clients to the send_every settings to the
server's parameters?
