Well, now that GPL 1.1 has been released, I guess that puts an end to the speculation that GPaL was simply awaiting the release of 1.1...because I'm still working on it! GPaL, in it's initial form will be released no later than Wednesday of next week. Much of the 1.1 specific functionality will still not be implemented *in the initial release*, but from a single screen you will be able to select the following: Track Driver Mode Level Distance Category Practice Minutes Race Laps Grid Layout Damage Model Car Car Type Graphics and Sound Set (user-defined graphics and sound settings) Multiplayer Connection AI Speed AI Diversity AI Drivers AI Car Assignments Normalized Player Time On/Off 1.1 support *and* substantially more functionality will be incorporated into upcoming releases! Drop by www.RaceLive.com/GPaL and get on the mailing list so that you'll be among the first to know when GPaL is ready to roll! Jack Rambo www.RaceLive.com/GPaL
