GPL2?

3 posts by 3 people · 05 Jul 1999 - 05 Jul 1999

I think a Grand Prix Legends 2 will be out of the question, because of the poor sales... Papyrus is currently working on another 'Legends' game. It's called NASCAR Legends and I believe there are some screenshots and info available at www.operationsports.com, can't remember the precise URL, but you can check the Screenshots page and they will be available there. concept. Also, FWIW, GT Interactive Software Corporation has entered into a long-term global publishing agreement with IMS Properties, Inc. for the Indianapolis 500 and its sanctioning body, the Pep Boys Indy Racing League. As a result, they *may* be producing a historic Indy 500 simulation. For the best info I have on all this at this point in time, check out the following URL: http://irlinsider.adnetweb.com/sims/gtirl/ -- John Bodin Publisher, The IRL Insider Magazine http://irlinsider.adnetweb.com/

I would really Like to see the Cars from the mid to late seventies early eighties. the Niki Lauda\Emerson Fittipaldi\Gille Villneuve \Mario Andretti era watching some of the in- car footage of those honeycomb aluminum body f1 cars is really cool they look like big go carts with huge slick tires in back and small slicks in front . we have already experienced the cars of the late sixties and there are numerous sims that replicate modern f1 cars but this era of f1 seems to be wide open for exploitation. The 900hp porsches and BMW engined monsters of Nelson Piquet and the turbo era (even though they didnt last to long on the f1 rule books) would be really a handfull. Robocat
