1979, Winston Cup, the #17 King's Inn Oldsmobile, was driven at various times by Skip Manning, Roger Hamby, and Steve Pfeiffer. Races in which the reason given for retirement was "crash" were: Daytona (Manning), Atlanta 1st race, Rockingham, and Michigan (Hamby), and Atlanta 2nd race (Pfeiffer). That's about as close as I can narrow it down. Ian
