I think Spygirl only looks in the c:\sierra\gpl directory as this is
supposed to be standard. I had this problem too but I also had an install in
the standard directory. I just copied the replays to that directory and it
worked....
Try putting your replays in a new directory c:\sierra\gpl That might work
