I was in a GT1 night event at Lime Rock, exiting last turn I got under a
Porsche when the Porsche tried to enter pits. Well I got knocked around and
ended up slamming the pit wall, facing the wrong way sitting in someones
pitstall. Before I knew it, my car was serviced, spun around and screaming
down pit road, all within about 1 second from when I came to rest against
the pit wall. I took over control like normal when I reentered the track.
Cool, four new tires and fuel, fixed the damage, got a drink all under 1
sec.
What a pit crew!!!
Which one was it? Mine keeps giving me water bottles full of MOUNTAIN
SPRING WATER, when I keep asking for...hay, wait...isn't that my
sponsor! DOH!
The MOUNTAIN SPRING WATER crew did a wonderful job today, and I hope
that next time we can finish up in the top 15. ; )
