You will also need a Windows driver which will know about the USB
connection. You can't simply plug it in and start jamming.

Does anybody know if I can buy a Game port-to-USB adapter for my
Logic3 steering wheel, so it can work on my laptop which has a USB
port?
Could I pick one up from, say, Dixons or PC World, or do specific
controllers require specific adapters?

There is an adapter for USB -> Game, but it's $31
