Am I the only one who is e***d at the Dukes of Hazzard game in
production? :D
Jokes about an upcoming Dukes of Hazzard driving game
News that a Dukes of Hazzard game was in production drew mostly jokes about the TV show, zero-damage jumps, Daisy Duke and other licences such as Knight Rider and Speed Racer. One poster who played it at E3 said it was being developed by the Trans Am Racing team and that the graphics looked good.

Sounds to good to be true........... Will it have Flash in it ?????? or
justin Rosco P Coltrain.

I already have it for the ZX Spectrum...... does this count ???
Me again!
My only fear is that it won't be I-76 good.
You can only be the boys but you get to drive "against" most of the "bad"
characters from the series.

This is surely the Seventh Sign of the Apocalypse.

No, that would be "Knight Rider, The Simulation"
Yep, there is still a step down from a Dukes game. ;-)
Brett
I just hope it would have a simulation mode so that the front end of the car
would crack off after one of those huge jumps rather than having zero
damage. lol

The star of the show was definitely Boss Hawwg!

No - I'd buy that - goodbye to all that tedious practicing to get
good. "Kit, I need a 1:25 lap at Monza. Oh, and try and knock Surtees
off on the way."

Dukes of Hazard is being developed by EAI (the same people who had worked on
Trans Am Racing). I played it a little at E3 and the graphics are really
looking good. The physics need a little tweaking but they have plenty of
time for that. After playing I-82 I can say that DOH will be much better!

Just as long as it has*** and***oris, upholding the law and fixin'
the cars, I'll be happy. Mind you, they'd probably do better with a
"stay at home and play with Daisy" sim :-)
Cheers!
John
PS - Or was it Enos and Cleetus, I never can recall.......

Whoever grew up in
the 70's would pay good money to drive the Mach 5 with Spridle and Chim-Chim
hiding in the trunk !!!

In 94' there was a Speed Racer game. Very Nintendo'ish but it was great to
hear the tune and see the mach 5 :-)
It made me realize how terrible the cartoon really was, lol. And it used to
seem like such a great cartoon <VBG> Anyone remember Kimba the white lion?
lol

don't laugh. i'd snap it up in a second. that stinking car acrobatics team
doesn't want a piece of me.

Do you think someone make a utility so we can undress Daisy Duke? "8-P

Hmmm, maybe they can combine the Interstate 82 engine with Tomb Raider, then
the Laura Croft *** patch will work...

But surely, an actual 'simulation' of DoH would *have* to follow the
zero damage model, otherwise it wouldn't be faithful to what it is
simming!!!!
