N@50 patch with Nascar 99?

I've been reading on the newsgroup about the patches for Sierias Nascar Racing Series and was wondering if it was possible to update the carsets in N1999 to that of the older 70's cars. I seen a patch at The Pits Website for the old Plymoth Superbirds (that works with N1999 from what I can tell} but its seems it would be kinda dull with that being the only patch that would include all the old cars i wanted but from what I can tell it will only work with Nascar2 and not N1990. Is there any way to get the older cars into Nascar doesn seem to work with the 1999 version. Thanks for any help! Jim Included a couple of links in case anyones interested..... I dont want to wait and pay $50. I want to figure out how to add the carsets to N1999. Besides I only play this game once every 3 months and I'm not goinmg to spend another $50 on it! I wouldnt mind spending a little money for Nascar 3 with GPL physics but dont look like thats going to happen!

We are completing a version for N99. The current version you can use the carset and tracks, but you'll have to 'hand-install' them...
