I've got a pentium 450 ,with 128 mb sdram,and TNT video card.I have
tried playing Nascar 99.The game looks like crap!Is there a wrapper I
need to be able to play(like the one for GPL).If so any help and where
to find it at would be appreciated.

Speaking of N99 and 3dfx, have you gotten the NROS enabler to run on the
Voodoo3? Mine crashes every time I try it, but runs fine in software mode.
Single-player N99 works perfectly.
No biggie, I'm just trying it out on the free area, but it'd be nice to have
my 3dfx graphics again. :-)
