tried it as well, but couldn't make that work.
I do know my flatmate's GF had another cheat, but not if it worked. Will try
to find out!

I won a copy from Next Generation, but I haven't received it yet. I think
they forgot about me.<sniff, sniff> :(

START button
click on RUN
Browse to midtown.exe
Don't click ok yet to launch the title
In the "Open" line, add -allcars after the exe
Click OK
Have fun :)

There are a few warez sites offering it for a download, it's about 100mb!!!
