Faiir Price For SCGT ????

I'm interested in getting SCGT, but am curious as to how much others have paid for this sim/game ??? Trying to get an idea of a fair market price.... Thank's in advance for the help! Jay J

EB had it for $39.99 with a $10 rebate gift check that can only be used in their stores. ======================================= "Forget 911.....I dial .357 "Trespassers will be shot.Survivors will be shot again." =======================================

Mine cost $49.99 before taxes at Future Shop in Alberta. Worth every penny!
