I bought the wheel and I love it, my only complaint, is that I only need to
turn the wheel a little bit no matter what game I am in to go full lock. Is
there a way to adjust the settings so I can get the wheel to use its full
range of motion? I've heard people talk about something to do with direct
x, but i'm not sure what I need to be messing with. Any ideas?

great that you like the wheel, was also my recomendation.
To use more of the range, you have to turn down "sensitivy" in F1RS or
MGPRS or adjust this 16:1 thingie in gpl.
All programs have a chance to adjust this.
