Yes, there's a patch out now that fixes the bug. Download the patch, run the
EXE, click "I agree" at the disclaimer screen where it asks you to sign over
your life and your belongings, and the next time you play the game a guy in
dark sunglasses will stop your car and say "You didn't see nothin'! You got
that?". I believe you can download the patch at http://www.fbi.gov/. But you
have to forget that I told you any of this...
