YOU MUST DO THIS OR OLD VER OF GSB WILL NOT SEE RACES ON VROC.
PUT the 2 files in your c:\program files\vroc\GPLspyboy foler to overwrite
the 2 old same named files

6 April 1999 - UPDATE RELEASED
The VROC team has worked hard all day long and we think we have arrived at a
solution that will alleviate many of the problems that were evident last
nite.
If you are comfortable dealing with zip files and copying EXE files to the
proper location, you can download a manual patch at:

What this Patch Addressed
1. Corrected a problem with fresh installs of GPL (those missing an
address.ini file).
2. Corrected a problem that was filtering control keys from certain input
fields (CTRL-C, CTRL-V, etc).
3. Corrected a problem where if a host canceled a race before actually
entering GPL, VROC is updated accordingly
4. Added an IP field to the host dialog box for those users for which GSB
cannot detect your IP address correctly (this is a stop gap feature until I
can explore this further).
5. Added support for the VROC interface which GREATLY reduces the server
loads (and hence the problems of the last two nights). Refresh is now
automatic, and controlled at a rate dictated by the server.

You might want to repost this message if this update is needed to use
VROC (I'm still not clear if it is or not) maybe unded "VROC PATCH" or
something like that. I don't think most people even know what "GSB"
is.
