sorry if this is a bit off topic.. heres the problem: every time i try to
use an app or game that uses my
3d card, my moniter shuts off. This also happens when i go to display under
control panel. I tried several new and old drivers but nothing fixed it.
Here are my specs:
I have A diamond monster 3d 2
PII 350 MHZ 64 megs ram
just updated moniter drivers, no change. Please help!

Almost sounds as if there is a problem with the video pass-thru cable or
output on the Monster card. It sounds as if the 3d card is kicking in,
but no video is being passed onto your monitor via the pass-thru cable.
