Check to make sure you have all the sim modes set to realistic. When I was
playing last night at Laguna Seca, I know for damn sure I could stand the
bike up on its front wheel under braking and that if I didn't smoothly apply
the throttle, the wheel would spin and I'd get less acceleration than if the
throttle was applied smoothly.
Yeah, oh well..maybe in a patch?

Somehow, I am not sure you are playing with all the sim options turned on.
Perhaps you have throttle/brake help on? This is again completely opposite
from everything I've experienced.
