Hi all. I'm playing CMR with Matrox Millennium II AGP and Voodoo 1. But Menu animation is very slow. I tried to turn off "Music" but failed. It can't be turned off. And I also tried to turn off the hardware acceleration.(Someone said that it will work for it) It didn't make menu animating faster. What shall I do? Please help. Thanks in advance.
Firstly, get the latest drivers for your Millenium - http://www.matrox.com/ Then right click on My Computer, then the Performance tab.Click graphics and move the slider two to the left. That should fix it, it worked for me. Keith Quinton. http://www.3dracing.com/cmr/ COLIN McRAE RALLY http://www.hydro666.freeserve.co.uk RALLY 99

Thanks Keith. I'm using Matrox's 4.12 driver. I moved the slider to the left. Then CMR works fine. But the others(normal 2D graphics) are extremely bad. It's also annoying to set and re-set this setting every time I play CMR. My computer tries to reboot whenever I change this setting. Is there any idea? Anyway thanks Keith.
