Hey guys,
Months back when GPL first hit the stands, well actually quite a bit
before that when the demo (and pirated) versions came out......I was
optimistic about upgrading my outdated P200mmx 64ram VII so that I could
properly play GPL.
It's worth it, I said. I'm still convinced it's worth it, seeing as
though I'm getting 27 fps at the very best -- but more on the average of
20-21.
The thing is,,, it's not as easy to find $400-$1000 for the upgrading as
I thought it would be, and that is considering the CeleryA plan.
So all I'm saying is that GPL is now my favorite sim, but I feel like
I'm wasting my time stuttering through the tracks. I've been practicing
with it all of these months, but after going back to ICR2 just for
kicks,,,, the frame rate is just unbelievable.
I remember feeling the same about GP2.....
well, it won't be long.......I'll get a cable modem, and a
,....etc,,,etc,, it's killing me!!!!!!
take care
Raevyn
