Can anybody tell me whether GPlrgends looks and runs well [ or at all ] on TNT based board, It seems that Nascar and GPL only support 3DFX and Rendition. Basically I'd like to be able to run it in 1024x768 and have it look good like Viper racing and of course run smoothly on Celeron 338mhz + Canopus spectra [TNT ]

GPL runs very well at 1024 x 768 on my TNT equipped system, which is similar to yours. My specs: 128 MB SDRAM Canopus Spectra 2500 TNT graphics card Win98 Logitech USB WFF wheel By the way, as an aside, does Viper Racing look better with 3Dfx than TNT cards? I compare the screenshots on the packaging and in magazine reviews, and the pics look better than what I see on my screen with my TNT system, in terms of colour. My screen view of VR, while it looks nice, looks less realistic, IMO in the sense that the colours/graphics are too vivid/bright/sharp. I run it at the highest settings. Well, I don't know Viper looks amazing on my TNT, I don't really see any difference btw. box pics and what I see on my monitor at 1024x768 So does GPL look as good as Viper on your PC? And what about GPL frame rates [ In Viper benchmark I get 52 fps on mine ] >GPL runs very well at 1024 x 768 on my TNT equipped system, which is similar to
