Question about driver's skills in N2/N99

Exactly how do the four skill categories work? What I mean is, if in one driver I give a 250 min and a 250 max in power and in another driver I give a 0 min and a 500 max in power, then how will the cars behave on the track? Will the 250 rated car be very consistent from track to track, race to race, while the 0-500 car has very good days and very bad days? Or will the 0-500 car simply average the two numbers and behave precisely like the 250-250 car? Thanks in advance for the help ____________ Uthulian
