Im now downloading the EA SuperBikes demo ... Im using FTP and it goes at 1,37 KB/sec .... this is the sort of speed we get in spain usually ... soon we will be able to use ASDL (someone knows it ?) they say we could get 30 K/sec ... enough for GPL ??

Hi McKafre, 30K/s is fine for hosting a 10 driver race on GPL. I understand there is approximately 3K/s of data required per driver. By fiddling with the core.ini this is reduced to 2.4K/s. It's not your download speed that matters, it's your upload speed. T. Moran

Are you thinking of hosting races for other drivers near you, or for drivers worldwide? Bandwidth aside, I'd think latency might be a real problem especially in trans-oceanic racing. rob.
