Can someone out there send me the glide2.53.dll file I need and tell me exactly
where I am supposed to put it to get GPL to stop freezing up. I currently have
2.54
My system
PII350 128 MEG pc-100 SDRAM 19" Viewsonic PS 790
Twin 12 meg Guillemot Maxi Gamer Voodoo II SLI with Directx6.1 and most
recent 3dfx reference drivers.
Just got the game at Comp USA for $30.00 and now I am dying to play but can't
get past the menu without lock up. When I loaded it on my fathers system
Pentium PRO 200 , 12 meg Blaster Voodo II, 64 MEG RAM it didn't lock up but in
the game the track had all black patches and was too hard to really see where
you were going. Not sure if my fathers drivers are all up to date.But at least
it didn't freeze up so I was able to see just enough to get a feel for the car
and the physics to know that I am hooked already. After seeing this group
basically turn into all GPL ever since the game came out I couldn't hold out
any longer. A recent post by someone that asked the question "is the game worth
$40.00" convinced me that I was going to buy the game anyhow.
My usual games of choice are 1.Viper Racing 2.Powerslide 3.NFS( all of them-
but SE for game play and III for eye candy)
CANT WAIT TO GET TO KNOW THIS GAME !!!!!!!!!!!!
