I had the same problem. I have a very similar system. I have two Canopus
12 meg V2 boards, so I had to put the Canopus driver in the GPL folder,
driver ver. 2.51.
Still, I had to clock my system back to 300/66 to get it to load GPL, and
then choose the generic controller driver, calibrate, setup controller, then
choose direct input driver, calibrate, setup controller. Then and only then
would GPL load and run stable at 464.
hope that helps
The problem is the DX6 driver's Glide2.54. Until 3Dfx fixes the
problem, take the glide2x.dll from the non-DX6 reference drivers (it's
version 2.53) and copy it to your GPL directory.

Hi,
When I get into the game, it hangs in the option menu (usually in
controller setup). I have C464, 12M V2 SLI (different board) with V2 DX6
reference driver and patched SLI driver, 128M Ram, DX6.1 installed. I
can run other games without problem, eg, Quake2, NFS3, Vipra Racing etc.
I already choose glide in the 3d card option. Also, I am using T2 wheel.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Dump the glide and re-install your drivers. Just a thought.
