Hello - I have seen the fix for the "divide integer by zero" or something close to that here before, but did not print it out the post to the newsgroup or save it to my file that I keep technical posts in. I know there is a file you have to get rid of before trying again and telling the install program not to test the system, but I cannot remember the name of the file you have to delete before starting over... I did not get the error in Win95, but with my new full install of Win98 I got the error message when I installed ICR2. Need to get TPTCC running! Thanks in advance. K_Jet
It's been a long time since I solved this problem on my machine and time plays funny tricks on one's memory. Speaking of memory, I think this problem is related to memory. If my memory servers me right, the problem may be related to your config.sys file. Try commenting out any line you have in your config.sys file that points to EMM386.EXE. Reboot your machine and then try installing ICR2. If this solves the problem (or not), try using the following line in your config.sys file: DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\EMM386.EXE noems % Hello - % I have seen the fix for the "divide integer by zero" or something close to % that here before, but did not print it out the post to the newsgroup or % save it to my file that I keep technical posts in. Easy fix... the file you need to delete is "Sierra.inf". It'll be in your C:\Windows directory. Once it's gone, run the install, say "No" to the test, and you're all set. Trips
