The only way to tell frame rate is to go into the graphics options and set
the min/max to 25/26 or where you think it may be and then set one of the
options to Auto, race at a track and watch for the option to turn on and
off, if it does not happen you will have to play with the frame rate numbers
to find it. You could also set these numbers farther apart to start with.
