February 1 will see the first of 39 races in the ASRL's Touring Car Championship. Almost two-thirds of the races are scheduled on a weekend a pro series is televised at that track. The season is split into four sessions of 8 to 11 races, each scored separately and contributing to the overall season championship. Races are run using TPTCC v2.1 on Sunday nights, with qualifying at 9:50 Eastern time and a race length of about an hour. If you haven't run them yet, these cars are a blast. Info on the series can be found at the series website, www.geocities.com/wardsbro. If you're interested, click the ASRL link at the top of that page to get to the league's main site (www.asrlonline.org). To join the series, first become a member of the ASRL ($25 annual dues buys us rock-solid servers and access to 20 series and various special races). Then go in the "members area" and sign up for the series.
I notice qualifying starts just around the time The Superbowl is in the 4th quarter. Hope everyone is paying attention. Go Pats !!! "Don Jennings" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:[email hidden]...
