I have a group of about 20 people who have volunteered to help me test the
software. It has been tested enough with the 20 that I would like to make
it available publicly to anyone that would like to help me test.
The software is not a web application. It is a Windows 9x application that
takes advantage of the internet.
It is just a tool that allows us to find GPL Servers, and join in the race.
There may still be problems with the program that need to be worked out.
The more people that I get helping me test. The faster the bugs will be
worked out.

As I've said before, this is my contribution the the SIM community in
appreciation of the hard work of others who have put in a lot of hard work
with other utilities/programs/cars, and gave them to me (and you) for free
(and I'm having a lot of fun doing it).

Please, one favor. If you download it... I would like your email address so
I can send status of updates to you, and if you have it, I would like your
ICQ# so I can monitor action online.
Thanks.
