When I go to driver info, I see the list of cars selected, it appears
I'am always the top one listed.
Now, when I select the installed car "The Player" and change the name
to my name everything is ok. The question is that when I go to info
and take a look at the "skill level" I see the info for "me", I notice
that all other drivers have different skill "mins" & "max";
Does this info affect the Car capablity?
Do these values do anything? and if they do what is preferred?

I haven't noticed any difference when I change my max. and min. skill level.
You won't. It only works for the A.I.
