GPL & RBR crash on exit (BSOD) SOLVED

Hi folks, just a quick note to let you know I was able to solve the BSOD's from GPL, RBR and (sometimes) FalconAF on program exit by installing the latest CMedia (beta) sound drivers from Asus' site for the M2N-E SLI mobo. Looks like the beta status had turned me off when I set up the new gaming machine, but apparently those beta drivers fix the issue (I got the "BAD_POOL_CALLER" error message in these crashes). For the record, the exact file name is CMedia6501_Audio_V51281802_XP.zip Now if only I could get GPL to recognize the wheel / shifter buttons on the G25 *without* having to unplug my Cougar HOTAS first... but that's another story. Do you have the line Share_All_16_AXES = 1 in GPLShift?

Tried that, but it did not make a difference with regard to the paddle shifters on the g25 being recognized and mappable. However, the shifter unit now is usable (which I normally only use for the hotkeys in-game), so at least I can get that Brab out of the pits again when I use the H-shifting pattern. Next problem: Using the dx7 renderer, GPL only fills part of the upper left screen in full screen mode at 1280x1024. I think someone pointed out a solution for that earlier, but I don't remember exactly what to look for (something mirror related?). Cheers, uwe --
