Ok...
For me it's a big thing, so read if interested ;)
As some of you saw, 1998 for me was the year of transition. It was also the
same for the overall SimRacing industry. I feel closely related to the
Simracing community. Im here since long ago, made many friends and enemies.
My signature file was made of all pass moments in r.a.s. I kept it as a
little inside joke to the oldies here. Many of them are gone. Out to
something else, Working for racing company, etc..
I feel it's time for me to flip the page and think in the future... I
consider r.a.s. as the Senate of the Simracing community (ok you can laugh
hehe). We somehow serve as politicians, expressing our opinions on various
subjects, from game reviews (somehow similar to law reviews), overall racing
philosophies and future ideas. There is no better places than here !
You all know my past. I don't want to hear it anymore. And it's time for me
to reveal my new signature file. ;) . No more mention of my foreign
language, I feel I mastered enough the written English to not need it
anymore, and no more inside joke, except the end quote ;)

Although I'm a 95% lurker, I was here through all of your, uh,
tumultuous times.
I still like the "Official Mentally Retarded Guy of RAS" tag.
I thought that was really funny, and I think you should keep it.
Hey, it also reminded me of that Joel Putty guy for way back.
Remember him? It was always something like:

mean? papy screwed up."

It has more to do with this NG than your "Y2K, the world is coming to an
end" ***that you insist on shoving down everybody's throat. I can't

Everything, Rick.
And if you were really a part of this group (not just a Y2K
paranoia spammer), you'd *know* that.

OMG congratulations ;-)
Wow I just read your post... those taxi drivers are crazy. I know it
myself, I went to NewYork. It's about equal. They have those big metal
plates on the front and rear bumper so that's it's the _others_ that get
the damage, not them ;-)
I want a driving sim like that... Taxi Driver.

Hehehe, I'm a big fan myself!
But in Tunisia you know that should you hit anything more substantial
than a fly, it'll probably all be over very quickly...
The original "Quarantine" was kinda like that. Running people over in
taxis whilst trying to achieve some sort of indetermined goal :-)
Cheers!
