I really need to know how good this wheel is. I am going to buy either this of the Logitech. I am concerned about the logitech's pedals, and the idea of Paddles AND stick is very appealling. But at the same time I keep reading that the Logitech has better FF. I am not interested in the Act Labs because of the paddles and II also don't know where to get one in England. Thanks David Cane

I was talking to a guy that's really into cars but he said he had the logitech and the force was too weak.... he said he was taking it back..... now that i think of it though i never asked if he installed the new drivers... >I really need to know how good this wheel is. I have. Don't know if I will be much help in your decision-making but I like this product. The construction and installation are very good. However, I only run GPL which does not support FF. With FF turned on the wheel movement simulates the screen shot very closely. There is a small, + 5deg, "loose" feeling at TDC but the screen wheel is moving so I guess my input is being translated correctly, just feels a bit disconnected. With FF turned off it feels too sloppy. Pedals can be adjusted for firmness, gearshift can be paddles or stick plus there are two buttons on the wheel hub. I bought mine at Fry's electronics for $179.00 Hope this helps David Morton

I can only say it has very good FF, but I cannot compare it to Logitech FF, since I've never even touched one. The stick shifter is really cool, too. Installation is easy, and so far I haven't had any problems, except NFS3 which lacks 2 of 5 FF effects (engine & road effects, don't know why). I can only recommend this wheel, so buy it :) HTH Daniel -- Daniel Lichtenberger, Vienna/Austria
