3 posts by 3 people · 25 Dec 1998 - 27 Dec 1998

I have used a thrustmaster game card for past 2 years without problem. Loaded win98 and now my comp indicates that the joystick is disabled. I cannot seem to fix. I must be missing something. Can anyone give me sugggestion as toi what to do. BTW when I go to the trustmaster pro panel I select t1 wheel and the when I go to calibrate it goes off the end of the scale and does not respond to any input. Any help would be appreciated. thanks Tony

I would go to TM's website <http://www.thrustmaster.com> and under support there should a link to the ACM card. I would try all of the various solutions listed to "defeat" your PNP soundcard so you can get your ACM to work. -- **************************** Michael E. Win98 has likely 'reactivated' your old soundcard's gameport. It can't coexist as active with the ACM gamecard. What type of Gamecard do you have? Alan
