I read in a local Dutch newspaper:
Jos Verstappen is the first driver to sign a contract witht the new
Honda team. In 1999 he will only be doing test drives, just like his
team mate, who is still unknown. His contract also includes a seat for
all 2000's Grand Prix.
Harvey Posteltwaith , who is the technical director, has recomemded the
Dutch driver.
At this moment the team has been testing the engine along with a
temporary Dallara chasis.
