Help! Thrustmaster wheel

I keep braking the plasic around the set***under the collar of the wheel. Has anyone else seen similar problems?????

Yes, What I did: bought a hose clamp from Pep Boys. Clamped it over the collarat the set screw. Works so far. Steve
