VOLTAGE DROP CRASHES IN GPL ..................................................................................................................

we experience voltage drops and occasional cut-offs for just a second or two with our power company, and I had the same problem as you, until I bought a BACK-UP battery pack for my computer. IT keeps the power going even if the electrical power goes off and prevents voltage spikes. It also has a warning of loss of electricity so you have adequate time to properly shut down the computer in such occasions. I think ----- if you talk to a knowledgble rep at the computer store --------- he should be able to get you taken care of with such an item. Doug
