default setup for the Lotus with a reduced fuel load (of course), and I
managed very consistent laptimes (19 of the 21 laps were within half a
second of each other -- 1:29.98 to 1:30.47). I started from pole only to
drop to 3rd at the start. Five laps later I passed Jimmy for the lead
and went on to finish 2secs ahead of him.
However, I'm still getting frequent crashes (computer lock-ups that is,
not car crashes - although I still get some of them too, especially at
the Ring). There seems to be a "Access Violation" and I am getting
complete lock ups. I was lucky to finish a 21 lap race. I had attempted
one earlier on last nite, only to have the computer lock up on the 12th
lap while 1sec behind the leader... arrrrg!! Is anyone else out there
experiencing these problems?
Well, ...... I wonder if I can do the full distance without crashing?
