Just bought NR1999 today and it is running like a dog for me. The graphics popping and drawing in is horrendous. There is no way i should be having these problems. I'm running the game on a PII-450 MHz with 128Mb RAM, and a pair of Canopus Pure 3D II's running in SLI mode. I installed the full game and tried running the game in both DOS and Win '98 with and without the anti-aliasing feature enabled. I loaded the game on my P-133MHz and Screamin' 3-D card and it runs better than my new configuration. Go figure, hey. My PC has an intregrated Soundblaster 64D PCI sound card and there is a constant buzzing once I enter the***pit of the car. Very distracting. If anyone is willing to give me any feedback as to what I can do to fix my problems, I'd certainly appreciate any hints or help.

Reboot into dos(not a dos window) and start the game from there
