I would like to write a program in Visual Basic to tweak the setups in
NASCAR2. The setups for NASCAR1 used to be in a simple text format, but the
NASCAR2 setups are in a binary format is seems. Anyone with any programming
experience know how to read the NASCAR2 setups so that I can bring them into
my application?
