Does anyone know of a way to disable the qualify session and have the
server go from practice directly to race with a random grid ?
Not automatically. But it can easily be done by an admin by simply
advancing to the race session once practice is complete. My guess is
that cars would then be set on the grid according to what order each
driver arrived at the server, just as your pit stalls are assigned for
practice.
