Hi all,
As you may or may not know I was the first to post about how reducing
your sound quality boosts your frame rate.
Anyway, in my post I mentioned how the sound disappeared after a few
minutes. I thought everyone would suffer this but after reading several
posts from people who had done the same thing it seems I am the only
one!
Generally the sound disappears after about 2 minutes of driving. I can
get it back by restarting GPL but of course it just disappears again.
Does anyone out there have any ideas about what's wrong/how I could fix
it? I'm really confused.

Your not the only one. I had it happen the first time a couple of days ago. The
sound went away after 19 of 21 laps at Monza. Disconcerting to have to finish a
race without the audio feedback to tell when your about to lose it. Changed my
setting back to 2.
