So you aren't satisfied with the available methods to stop those lawbreaking
bandits? Try this: block the road with car(s) you've already arrested!
I just had a lot of fun moving 'arrested car(s)' with my own police car in
such a way that the incoming racer had no other option than to crash into
the roadblock!
Place the car(s) on the road, including your own. If possible on a narrow
spot, of course. Try to place your police car in a spot the driver might try
to pass (it's the best when he has to hit you). Have a coffee. Watch the
cars on the map. Drink a beer. Press 'H' when a car comes near. Take a piece
of chocolate. Or some nuts. Or whatever. And enjoy the crash and the
following arrest. You might even arrest more than one car with the same
roadblock, if you get the change to press 'H' again in time. And then the
block gets bigger and bigger... That's the nice thing of circuits: there's
no escape...
