To all Thrustmaster T2 owners. I have instructions, complete with
simple to understand diagrams, that will allow you to modify the T2 to
become a dual axis (seperate gas and brake) controller (the
instructions include adding a switch that allows you to switch back to
single axis for games that do not support dual axis). The
modifications are quite simple, and can be completed in a few hours
(assuming you have everything ready). The modifications do require
taking the T2 apart (easy!!) and require soldering. If you are not
comfortable with this, I do not reccomend these modifications. If you
are interested and feel up to the task, please e-mail me your request
and I will e-mail a couple of MS-Word documents and if need be a few
Windows Paint diagrams (all are went as file attachments).
For those of you who have sent me a request on Sunday October 11,
1998, I had some serious troubles with my local ISP, and cannot
confirm if all of you received the complete instruction set. The
complete set consists of 1 MS-Word Document and 4 .bmp files. If you
havent received everything, please notify me and I will resubmit
everything to you. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Wheels down, pointy end forward!!
Steve
