I agree that it is unduly inconvenient to edit the file, but it's worth it
for the
excellent racing you can get with the ai. It only takes maybe 4 minutes.
Just change the global_hype_scalings in driver.ini. Higher numbers
make slower competitors. For a slow driver like me, 1.2 is a good
place to start. Make the first driver 1.2, the second 1.1, the third 1.0,
etc.
