You should download either the latest drivers for you card from Creative's
site, or reference (non-hardware-specific, or generic) drivers from
[link lost in import: /;This] worked for me, even though I don't have a
Creative card (it's a Diamond).

Make sure you turn off force triple coloring buffering in the v2 control
panel.
