Will Nascar 1999 be a must buy?

What I mean by "a must buy" is, will it be necessary to purchase Nascar 1999 to continue competing in TEN? Will TEN support the upgraded tracks and trucks? Will we still be able to use all the carsets, setups, converted all the other cool extras available on the internet? Will there really be double-file restarts? The reason I ask all this is because I am upgrading my machine(to be able to play Grand Prix Legends of course), and I wonder if it is worth going through the full install of Nascar 2, its official patches, AI patches, TEN installation and setup, track conversions, copying of all my setups, TPTCC when Nascar 1999 comes out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Don Chapman
