GPL....Slowing down the AL cars makes the difference

I slowed down the "AI" guys in GPL and now I am having a blast and not quite as frustrated. I settled with a setting that keeps me honest but at least I can stay on the other cars tails and even stay on par in fast turns. GPL is fantastic and I even hate the concept of driving something from 1967. My purpose for buying GPL was to learn the engine/modeling for Nascar2000. Well, I got hooked instead. Even bought the movie Grand Prix. That horrible sound the BRM makes when it is behind you was the same in the movie. How cool. One other thing. My expense buying an ECCI CDS2r is now very justified. I can't imagine playing GPL on anything less than an Extreme Control product. Well, maybe a TSW that is all tricked out. The Paddock or the Apex Web sites had the instructions on how to change AI parameters. I set mine from 1.000000 to 2.400000.
