I have just tried to start a career and in my first race at Australia I
was disqualified for not being within 107% of poll in qualifying.
Nothing unusual there, either I am obviously not as good as I thought I
was or it is a lot harder than the first game, probably the former :-)
Especially as I always used to drive a William's and get regular poll
position.
Anyway, the weird thing that happened was, after doing about five
qualifying laps my time was about 8 seconds down on poll so I went back
to the pits and accelerated time just to see how slow I was compared to
the other drivers (BTW this is on Pro level). When I started
accelerating time I was in 5th position, but only four other cars had
gone out. As time went on, I noticed none of the other cars went out at
all, so they did not set a time. Once qualifying had finished, a message
came up that myself and 17 other drivers had been disqualified. Has
anyone else seen anything like this?
Looks like it's back to an ordinary season in a William's for me for the
moment :-)

I have the same problem with qualifying. In F1RS I was able to get pole
position in Australia without too much trouble. In MGPRS2 I can't get
anywhere near my old times! I'm not quite sure what the reason is.
The other cars are MUCH more difficult now, but that does not explain why I
can't get similar times to before!
