GPL DEMO #2 question

I think I still have the first demo, athough I d/l it last night. I believe the v. number on the splash screen is 0.0.0.5 Is this the second demo? If not, where do I get it? Does the second demo allow opponent cars? Thanks Gian. Please reply by e-mail, too!
