Dalibor Bauernfrajnd asked where to download Grand Prix Legends. Most replies urged him to buy a cheap copy and pointed to Amazon and eBay, though one pointed to P2P networks. Eldred doubted that new sales would lead to a GPL2.

other P2P networks. Check there.

Look at Amazon.com, one of their partners has new copies for $9. Here's the

I live in the middle of nowhere (mid EU), can't get it here, and I'm not gonna
pay 4 shipping more then the game costs.

No, they won't. GPL didn't sell enough to stir up future publishing desire.
It might be nice, but it ain't gonna happen...

Then I guess you won't get to play it!
I guess if the game cost $1 you wouldn't but it either, but if it cost $40
you would, because shipping would be less?

You never know, Eldred.
When GPL came out, simmers probably would have fought fierce battles for
the privilege to pay for "GPL2" if it had all the things which are
available for it today (GPLEA cars, hundreds of fab extra tracks, track
updates, sound updates, a 65 Mod that's around the corner, etc etc).
Besides, GPL itself was basically science fiction a few years before
1998... Things may happen, things may change!

Hehe...Thelonius was *definitely* out there... :-) Miles hated to have Monk
play during his solos...

You can download the greatest racing sim ever from:
http://tinyurl.com/ytvst
You won't pay for shipping more then the game costs if you buy it on
ebay.co.uk Shipping from UK to anywhere in europe is around 2-3 pounds ad
game costs around 5 pounds. Instead of going out for a pizza next time, buy
your self a game:)
